Planned to smuggle eight men to EU: organiser exposed in Zhytomyr region - SBGS. PHOTOS

Border guards jointly with the National Police stopped the illegal activity of an organiser of illegal human smuggling across the state border.
This was reported by the State Border Guard Service, Censor.NET informs.
As noted, a woman from Odesa region was detained who coordinated the transfer of men of military age to Europe. The cost of the service was 120,000 hryvnias per person, of which 8,000 was paid for delivery to the border area.
In the course of the operation, eight offenders were detained who were planning to illegally cross the border. They came from different regions of Ukraine, including Ternopil, Zakarpattia, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia and Rivne.
The woman was served a notice of suspicion of committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine". Under this article, she faces imprisonment for a term of 7 to 9 years with confiscation of property.
Protocols for violation of border legislation were drawn up against each of the detained men, and the court will consider their cases. Investigative actions are ongoing.
