Over the past 24 hours, on 18 April, police recorded 3,469 Russian attacks on the frontline and residential areas in the Donetsk region.

As noted, the enemy attacked 11 settlements: the towns of Kostiantynivka, Lyman, Pokrovsk, Sloviansk, the villages of Maiak and Nove, the villages of Boykivka, Krasnoyarske, Novyi Donbas, Oleksandro-Kalynove, and Toretsk.
Thirty-four civilian objects were destroyed, including 12 residential buildings.
Russians shelled the Nove Lyman community, killing a civilian.
A Russian FPV drone hit a civilian car on the road near Oleksandro-Kalynove, injuring two people.
Russia shelled Kostiantynivka with artillery, destroying 5 private houses, a garage, and a critical infrastructure facility.
The occupiers attacked Lyman with drones and artillery, damaging an apartment building, a private house, 2 garages, and an educational institution.
In Sloviansk, an enterprise and a sanatorium were damaged by two Geranium-2 UAVs. A UAV damaged a gas pipe in the residential sector of Torets village in the Sloviansk district.
Russian troops dropped a KAB-250 bomb on Pokrovsk, destroying a private house. The enemy attacked Novyi Donbas of the Dobropillia district with Tornado-S MLRS, damaging a private house, a pharmacy, and 4 civilian cars.
As a result of the strikes on the Shakhiv district, 2 private houses were damaged in Maiak, and one household in Boykivka.
In addition, information about two wounded civilians in Oleksiyevo-Druzhkivka who suffered from shelling on 17 April was established.
The police and the SSU opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (war crimes) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
