French Foreign Minister Barrot arrives in Kyiv. PHOTO
On the morning of 21 July, French Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Noel Barrot arrived in Kyiv.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by Ukrinform.
It is noted that Barrot will take part in a conference of ambassadors held in Kyiv. He will also visit the Chornobyl nuclear power plant and emphasise France's leading role in ensuring nuclear safety and in the rehabilitation of the Chornobyl nuclear power plant after its seizure by the Russians in 2022.
In the wake of the unprecedented sanctions imposed by France and the European Union against the Russian regime, the Minister will discuss France's support for Ukraine with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko and his Ukrainian counterpart Andrii Sybiha.
The Ukrainian Embassy in France reported that Barrot began his visit by inspecting the aftermath of the Russian attacks on the Ukrainian capital.
