On the morning of 9 November, an explosion was heard in Taganrog, Russia, after which the power went out in several areas of the city.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the ASTRA Telegram channel.

As noted, a fire broke out at a transformer substation.
Footage of the fire has also been posted on social media.
Eyewitnesses say that in some areas of Taganrog, the power is out and there is no mobile communication. Russians also complain that they were not warned about the power outage.
What preceded it?
- Earlier, Censor.NET reported that explosions were heard in Voronezh, probably attacking a thermal power plant.
- On the evening of Saturday, 8 November, a blackout occurred in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. At least 20,000 Russians were left without electricity. It is likely that the Luch thermal power plant in Belgorod was attacked.
