As part of a visit to Ukraine, a high-level delegation led by the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Alain Berset, visited one of the capital's CHP plants, which is regularly subjected to targeted Russian attacks.
This was reported by the Ministry of Energy, according to Censor.NET.
What is known?
As noted, Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine Valentyna Moskalenko showed Alain Berset the damaged facility and spoke about current needs for continuing restoration and repair work.
She thanked the Secretary General of the Council of Europe for his clear position on the need to hold the aggressors accountable for crimes committed in Ukraine and to secure compensation for damages.
