Medvedchuk’s family owns 2000 m² estate on Rublyovka near Moscow – Slidstvo.Info. PHOTO

In an elite cottage settlement on Rublyovka in the Moscow region, a Russian company, founded by a firm belonging to the wife of former MP and Putin's kum Viktor Medvedchuk, owns four land plots and a huge house.

This is reported in an investigation by "Slidstvo.Info", Censor.NET reports.

What did the journalists find?

Journalists established that the estate is registered to the Russian company Almirida Investments. Since February 2026, it has been owned by JSC Renaissance (whose owner is former Ukrainian TV presenter Oksana Marchenko). The CEO of Almirida Investments is 21-year-old Daria Marchenko, the daughter of Viktor Medvedchuk and the goddaughter of Russian dictator Putin.

The area of the building is 2,217.4 square meters (approximately the same as the Medvedchuk family's estate in Pushcha-Vodytsia on the outskirts of Kyiv). The structure is located on four land plots with a total area of 60.5 ares.

Earlier, journalists reported that Medvedchuk’s daughter Daria received a Russian passport in October 2025. She took her mother’s surname – Marchenko.

According to "Slidstvo.Info", Medvedchuk’s family does not live in this house. It is being offered for rent at 9.4 billion roubles (around 120,000 US dollars) per month. 

On the first floor, there are 2 dressing rooms, a fireplace room, a dining room and a kitchen, a guest bedroom, a cinema room, a spa area, a pool, a recreation room, a sauna, a hammam, a shower, a plunge pool, a gym, a staff room, and a laundry room. On the second floor — three en-suite bedrooms, a study, a library, a living room, a sauna, a shower, a room, a bar, two dressing rooms, two restrooms, two bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, five dressing rooms, and two bathrooms. It is noted that the house has an elevator and a hidden video surveillance system. On the territory — a garage for five cars and parking for another five cars.

In March 2025, the Yandex.Nedvizhimost (Real Estate -ed.) website named this house the most expensive to rent in the Moscow Region.
