Three "Ai-Petri" systems and an excavator for fortifications were handed over to AFU unit. VIDEO+PHOTOS
Petro Poroshenko handed over three "Ai-Petri" anti-technical reconnaissance systems and an excavator for fortification works to one of the AFU units.
This was reported by the European Solidarity press service, Censor.NET reports.
"Today we arrived to hand over equipment to one of the Special Purpose Centers straight from a court hearing. We did not know Serhii Kuziara before the Shevchenkivskyi Court. It turns out that those who defend the state are now forced to go to courts," the fifth President noted.
"The Special Purpose Center where Serhii serves specializes, in particular, in means of countering the enemy's technical reconnaissance. And a more effective anti-technical reconnaissance system than our 'Ai-Petri' cannot be found in the army. And no one in the world is making anything like it right now. With their help, skilled operators will land reconnaissance drones that adjust ballistic strikes. They will protect the Ukrainian sky and save the lives of military and civilians," Poroshenko writes on social networks.
"Today, we are transferring three 'Ai-Petri' systems to the service of the guys who know best how to work with them. We stuffed them with scarce equipment: in addition to brand-new pickup trucks, each comes with EW stations, generators, and charging stations," Poroshenko explains.
"We are not forgetting about our other project, where we provide the contact line with excavators for building fortifications. We are handing one of them over to the guys today. They said it will work 24/7, because there is a lot of work for it," Petro Poroshenko writes.
"I am very glad for every meeting and our cooperation. Despite the persecution, pressure, and incompetence of the authorities, we are doing our job. We are strengthening the Armed Forces and helping to defend Ukraine," Poroshenko writes.
