Day in Kharkiv region: one woman killed, eight injured following Russian attacks. PHOTO

As a result of Russian attacks in the Kharkiv region, houses, petrol stations, and vehicles have been damaged, and there have been civilian casualties.

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the head of the regional military administration, Oleh Synehubov.

One person has been killed and eight others wounded as a result of the shelling.

Casualties and those injured:

  • In the town of Izium, a 79-year-old woman was killed, and a 72-year-old woman, a 66-year-old woman and a 62-year-old man were injured;
  • in the village of Hubarivka, Bohodukhiv district, two men aged 44 and 27 were injured;
  • in the village of Shestakove, Starosaltivska district, a 44-year-old man was injured;
  • in the village of Zaluzhne, Novovodolazhsk district, two women aged 37 and 57 were injured.

Separately, medics treated a 73-year-old woman who was injured on 23 June as a result of shelling in the village of Novovasylivka, Dvorichanska community.

What weapons did the enemy use?

Strikes were recorded in Kharkiv, particularly in the Osnovyanskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts. Over the past 24 hours, the occupiers also used the following to strike the Kharkiv region:

  • 1 MLRS rocket;
  • 16 ‘Geran-2’ type UAVs;
  • 9 ‘Molniya’-type UAVs;
  • 6 FPV drones;
  • 40 UAVs (type to be confirmed).

Destroyed infrastructure

Damage has been recorded in several districts of the region:

  • a petrol station was damaged in Kharkiv;
  • in the Bohodukhiv district, a private house (village of Sinne), two private houses (village of Khrushchova Mykytyvka), an apartment block, two private houses, a petrol station and a car ( Bohodukhiv town), three cars and railway infrastructure (Hubarivka village), three private houses and outbuildings ( Klynova-Novoselivka village);
  • in the Izium district, 2 blocks of flats, 9 cars (Izium), and a private house ( Borova) were damaged;
  • in the Kharkiv district, a petrol station ( Dvorichnyi Kut village), a petrol station, five buses and five cars (Podvirky village), six blocks of flats and four cars (Zaluzhne village) were damaged;
  • in the Lozova district, railway infrastructure and power lines were damaged ( Lozova town, Enerhetykiv village), as well as a private house ( Blyznyuky village);
  • in the Chuhuiv district, a car was damaged (village of Shestakove).
