The Russians have attacked a petrol station in Derhachi, in the Kharkiv region, on two occasions; there are casualties.
This was reported by Censor.NET, citing the press office of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
Initial details
According to the investigation, on 27 June, Russian troops, having reportedly used ‘Italmas’-type drones beforehand, attacked the town of Dergachi.
The first strike took place at around 13:40. The impact damaged the petrol station’s fence, as well as vehicles parked on the premises of a transport company. No one was injured.
Less than an hour later, at approximately 14:30, the enemy launched a second strike on another petrol station. A 41-year-old woman, who was in her own car on the petrol station premises at the time of the attack, was injured. A 34-year-old petrol station employee also suffered an acute stress reaction.
Pre-trial investigation
Under the procedural guidance of the Derhachi District Prosecutor’s Office in the Kharkiv region, pre-trial investigations have been launched into allegations of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
