Occupiers struck ’Ukrposhta’ branches in Mena and Kramatorsk. VIDEO+PHOTOS
Russian troops have carried out strikes on"Ukrposhta" branches in Mena, in the Chernihiv region, and in Kramatorsk, in the Donetsk region.
This was reported by the company’s CEO, Ihor Smilianskyi, according to Censor.NET.
Strike on the branch in Mena
In Mena, in the Chernihiv region, the enemy attacked a Ukrposhta branch twice, as well as a base for mobile branches serving rural settlements in the district.
"You can see what remains of the building in the photo. But we want to emphasise the most important thing: none of our colleagues were harmed! It was certainly stressful, but the main thing is that there were no injuries or casualties," the statement reads.
It is noted that the State Emergency Service and the company’s regional team are continuing to work at the site, clearing up the damage and already drawing up a plan for the relocation of staff and the swift reopening of the branch at a new location.
It is also emphasised that all parcels that were damaged or lost as a result of the attack will definitely be compensated.
The branch in Kramatorsk
Smilyansky reported that the branch in Kramatorsk had also been hit.
"But we closed it in good time, so neither staff nor customers were harmed. We are starting to repair and restore the branch," he said.

As a reminder, on the evening of 24 August, Russian occupiers attacked the town of Mena in the Chernihiv region, resulting in casualties, including children.
On the afternoon of 25 August, Russian forces carried out a massive air strike on Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region. Residential infrastructure and apartment blocks in the city were hit.
