In Izium, Kharkiv region, significant damage to civilian infrastructure was recorded as a result of an enemy attack. Five people were injured.

Significant damage to civilian infrastructure was recorded in the Verkhnie Selyshche area: more than 30 private residential buildings, several outbuildings, and a preschool building were damaged.
In addition, power lines were damaged by the strike. As a result, most of the city is currently without electricity.
