In the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv, a man brandishing an automatic rifle threatened a passer-by.
This was reported by the Kyiv police, according to Censor.NET.

The incident took place at a garage co-operative.
"The police received a report from a local resident stating that an unknown man had approached him with an automatic weapon, started a confrontation and began making threats.
Patrol officers and an investigative team from the local police station were immediately dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, the police detained the offender – who turned out to be a soldier – and seized a captured weapon brought from the combat zone," the statement reads.
The detainee told the police that he had started threatening the man allegedly because of the foreign music the man was listening to.
He has now been handed over to officers from the State Bureau of Investigations.
