In the Korabel neighbourhood in Kherson, private houses and garages were flooded. The water is still coming in. Residents of the flooded neighbourhood are rescuing animals, some dogs and some cows.

According to Censor.NET, Suspilne journalists talked to local residents of Kherson and published a video from the scene.
