Russian dictator Vladimir Putin again mispronounced the name of Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

According to Censor.NET, this happened at the 19th forum of interregional cooperation in Kazakhstan, where Putin came.

In the recording, which is published on the network, Putin incorrectly pronounces the patronymic of the leader of Kazakhstan: "Kelemych" instead of Kemelevich. However, the Kazakh mass media noted that during this visit, Putin twice failed to pronounce Tokayev's name. Once again, he mispronounced not only the patronymic but also the name itself.
