Soldiers of the 46th separate airborne brigade of the Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 3 tanks and 6 infantry fighting vehicles during an enemy assault.
An attempt by three groups of Russian infantry to cross the river on rubber boats also failed, Censor.NET reports.
"Three infantry groups tried to cross the river from the north. This caused a lot of surprise and sympathy among our brothers. It is impossible to understand such tactics in a healthy head: in cold water, on oars, under the targeted fire of the Defence Forces! Here they are, typical candidates for the Darwin Prize! The boat crews had to open the walrus season unexpectedly, soon enriching the diet of the local river fauna with protein," the soldiers said in a post.
