A video was posted online showing a man in military uniform running after a civilian and shooting in his direction.

According to Censor.NET, the comments to the video indicate that in this way, the TCR representative is trying to mobilise an evader loader who works at a warehouse complex in the village of Shchaslyve in Kyiv region.
