Operators of the 73rd Naval Special Operations Center named after Kosh Ataman Antin Holovatyi rescued 16 servicemen from encirclement in the Kursk region from three different units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to Censor.NET, at 2 a.m., SOF operators received a combat mission and planned the operation within two hours.
"We arrived there in a Humvee, picked up the guys and headed back," said Bruce, a special forces soldier.
The evacuation team was breaking out under enemy tank fire, heavy machine gun fire and FPV drone attacks.
