On the night of 19 November, the 67th arsenal of the Russian Main Missile and Artillery Directorate was hit in Bryansk region, and in Rostov region, local authorities reported a drone attack.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defence, 11 drones were shot down over Rostov region and another over Belgorod region.
In Rostov Region, a drone exploded on a highway in the Belokalitva district, injuring a Gazelle driver, acting governor Yuriy Slyusar said. According to him, overnight, air defence forces shot down UAVs near Taganrog, in Myasnikovsky, Kamensky, Krasnosulinsky, Oktyabrsky, Morozovsky and Belokalitvinsky districts.
In the morning, 12 unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down over the Bryansk region, the Russian Defence Ministry said.
According to the governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, there were no casualties or damage as a result of the drone attack.
Attack on an arsenal in the Bryansk region
In turn, local residents of the Bryansk region reported powerful explosions near the town of Karachev. According to the head of the National Security and Defence Council's Centre for Countering Disinformation, Andrii Kovalenko, the 67th arsenal of the Russian GRAU was hit.
"There was artillery ammunition, including DPRK ammunition for their systems, GABs, anti-aircraft missiles and MLRS ammunition. It was attacked by drones even earlier," the post says.
As a reminder, on the night of Sunday, 10 November 2024, the Defence Forces attacked enemy ammunition depots in the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation.
