A video was posted online showing the occupier - medical worker recording an appeal against the background of a black bag with the body of his accomplice.

According to Censor.NET, the invader probably wanted to urge Russians to help the army more actively and complained about the provision of medicines and other things necessary for the work of doctors. The Russian decided to end his address on an "optimistic note" and promised that he would make every effort "to make sure that everything will be fine for everyone".
