Administrative detention for violation of mobilization rules can last up to 3 hours - TCR. VIDEO
Law enforcement officers or TCR employees may detain a citizen who is maliciously disobeying. This should be done under a protocol.
This was stated by the deputy head of the DTCR and SS in Kyiv, Major Larysa Kozak, Censor.NET reports citing RBC-Ukraine.
She explained that if a citizen is maliciously disobeying either police officers or TCR employees, there is also a corresponding provision in the Code of Administrative Offences of Ukraine, which allows a police officer to carry out an administrative detention of such a citizen under a protocol.
"But it has a certain time limit. That is, up to 3 hours. And if a citizen is disobedient by using physical force against military personnel, the period of such detention may even last for 3 days," Kozak said.
