In Ternopil, rescuers pulled another survivor alive from the rubble of a high-rise building destroyed by a Russian missile strike.
This was reported by the mayor of Ternopil, Serhii Nadal, according to Censor.NET.
"The victim was pulled from the rubble. He is alive," Nadal wrote.
