Russian Defence Minister Andrei Belousov has made another claim that the city of Kupiansk in the Kharkiv region has allegedly been occupied.

Censor.NET reports, Belousov made this statement in the presence of Putin and Gerasimov. In a video published on social media, Belousov says Russian troops already control the city, while units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are allegedly "unsuccessfully trying to regain control of Kupiansk."

"Incredible idiots! Russian Defence Minister Belousov has once again claimed that the Russian army has allegedly occupied Kupiansk. According to him, Ukrainian troops are ‘unsuccessfully trying to regain control of Kupiansk,’" the author of the post comments.
