Ukrainian An-178 aircraft carried out a demonstration flight at Farnborough-2016 international air show in London.

As reported by Censor.NET citing Channel 5, besides flight presentation, An-178 is also displayed for the air show attendees on the ground. Test pilots will dispense autographs for the first time in the history of the air show.

A unique feature of An-178 is its ability to carry a wide range of palletized goods, including sea-cans. This makes the aircraft useful for provisioning and emergency response and for recovery missions.

Besides, An-178 is capable to use different types of air strips, including unimproved and high-level ones.
