Drones struck Ryazan oil refinery; explosions were heard in Yeisk and Taganrog. VIDEO

Last night, a number of strategic sites within the Russian Federation came under a massive drone attack. The most effective strike was against the Ryazan Oil Refinery (OR), which is one of the five largest enterprises in the industry in Russia. This was reported by Censor.NET, citing local public sources and official statements from the aggressor’s authorities.

Timeline and consequences of the strikes:

Ryazan: The first explosions were heard around 02:00 am. Eyewitnesses report at least three powerful strikes, following which a large-scale fire broke out on the refinery premises. A column of thick smoke is visible for kilometres from the site. The regional governor, Pavel Malkov, confirmed damage to the facility and the presence of casualties.
Yeisk: A series of explosions has been recorded near the military airfield from which the occupiers are carrying out raids on Ukraine. Local residents report seeing smoke over the airfield.
Bryansk and Taganrog: The occupiers’ air defence systems were active throughout the night-time attack. In Taganrog, explosions were heard near industrial areas.
