The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the aggressor country, Sergei Lavrov, once again demonstrated the level of "Russian diplomatic culture" by swearing during an official meeting attended by foreign diplomats and journalists.

According to Censor.NET, the scandalous incident occurred during an ambassadorial roundtable devoted to "the settlement of the situation around Ukraine." During a pause between speeches, Lavrov briefly spoke with his deputy Mikhail Galuzin and clearly said to the entire hall: "To hell with it all, that’s it."
