Russian man’s reaction to kilometre-long queue for petrol in Tyumen: "They’ve gone mad; they’ve brought this country to such shambles". VIDEO

A video has been posted online showing a Russian man filming a kilometre-long queue at one of the petrol stations in Tyumen on his mobile phone.

According to Censor.NET, a local resident noted that there is no petrol in the so-called ‘capital of the oil and gas industry’.

Unable to contain his emotions, the Russian man added: "They’ve gone mad; they’ve brought this country to such a shambles."
