Occupier beats accomplice on his bare arse for refusing to hand over money to buy drones: "Bashkir, you bitch! You f#cking f#ggot! Decided to save a bit?". VIDEO

A video has been published online showing the ‘disciplinary process’ in the Russian Armed Forces for refusing to hand over funds for the unit’s needs.

According to Censor.NET, the footage shows an occupier who has been firmly tied to a tree, rendering him unable to offer any resistance, whilst his accomplice, shouting abuse and making threats, beats the punished man on his bare backside with a cane.

The reason for this abuse was his refusal to hand over his own money to purchase drones for the unit. After several stinging blows, the tied-up occupier can no longer bear the pain and shouts that he is now ready to hand over the required sum for the drones.
