I do not understand with whom and what to talk about in Moscow. I’m not entirely sure that Putin is alive, - Zelensky

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, does not understand with whom in Russia it is possible to negotiate.
He stated this while speaking via video link at the "Ukrainian breakfast" in Davos, organized by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation, informs Censor.NET with reference to "Interfax-Ukraine".
"For three years, we did everything to liberate our lands through diplomacy. Some didn't want to, some didn't have time, some liked the conditions. There were many of them and all centered in Moscow," he said.
"I don't understand who to talk to and what to talk about. I'm not sure that the president of Russia, who sometimes appears... the TV people will understand on the "chroma-key" (a green background on which any picture can be superimposed. - Ed .)… I don't quite understand who it is. I do not fully understand that he is alive. I don't know who makes the decision, what kind of people. When we say "peace talks, I don't quite understand with whom," Zelensky said.
"Russia should find someone and then offer something," he said.
