China’s "peace plan" is beneficial only to Russia, - Biden
The "peace plan" proposed by China to end the war in Ukraine is not beneficial to anyone except Russia.
This was stated by US President Joe Biden on the ABC News TV channel, Censor.NET informs with reference to RBC-Ukraine.
"If Putin supports it, how can it be good? I have not seen anything in this plan that indicates that there is anything in it that would be beneficial to anyone other than Russia if this Chinese plan goes through," Biden said.
In addition to criticizing the peace plan, Biden categorically rejected the idea of peace talks on China's part in the war, calling it irrational.
"The idea that China will negotiate the outcome of a war that is completely unfair to Ukraine is simply irrational," Biden said.
In the interview, he also talked about his conversation with Chinese President Xi Jinping in the summer of 2022, during which he warned him about the economic consequences of helping Russia.
