The United States sent an RQ-4 Global Hawk drone to the Black Sea.
This is evidenced by data from the Flightradar24 service, Censor.NET reports.
The drone took off from the Sigonella Air Base near the Italian city of Catania. For some time he was in the airspace of Romania, and now he is flying over the Black Sea.
As of 1:00 p.m., 14,800 users are following the movement of the American RQ-4 Global Hawk drone on the Flightradar24 website.
The new American unmanned aerial vehicle entered the waters of the Black Sea after the US had to sink the MQ-9 Reaper drone due to a collision with a Russian Su-27 fighter jet on March 14.
Earlier, the CNN channel reported that the American military sent a new drone to the Black Sea region to inspect the crash site and monitor the actions of the Russian military, which began searching for the wreckage of the UAV.
