Putin’s arrest warrant is justified, - Biden

US President Joe Biden said that the International Criminal Court’s arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin was justified because the Russian president had committed war crimes.

"I think this (the ICC warrant for Putin's arrest - ed.) is justified. Putin has clearly committed war crimes," Biden said.

He also emphasized that the Hague court's decision to issue a warrant is a "very strong position."

At the same time, Biden noted that the USA is not a member of the ISS.
