The head of the Bundestag defense committee, Marie-Agnes Strack-Zimmerman, spoke against the supply of German fighter jets to Ukraine.

This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to TSN.

According to her, there should not be a single Tornado or Eurofighter in Ukrainian airspace. In the meantime, it considers it necessary to supply other types of aircraft. In particular, Soviet MiGs or American F-16s.

"This is simply related to the flight range of the machine and the complexity of preparation," said Strack-Zimmerman.

We will remind you that the other day, Germany confirmed the allocation of the largest package of military aid to Ukraine, the amount of which exceeds 2.7 billion euros. The announced package of military aid from Germany is the largest since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation. In particular, the Armed Forces of Ukraine will transfer Marder IFVs, Leopard 1 tanks, howitzers, additional Iris-T air defense systems, and missiles to them.
