Zelensky on NATO membership: Stoltenberg knows my position. Don’t knock ground out from under our feet

President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine needs not only security guarantees, but also NATO membership.
He said this in an interview with the BBC, Censor.NET reports.
The President emphasized the need to provide Ukraine with security guarantees from NATO, but said that the ultimate goal is NATO membership.
"Stoltenberg knows my position. We told them many times: Don't knock the ground out from under our feet," Zelensky said.
Earlier, the Secretary General of the Alliance, Jens Stoltenberg, said that the decisions made in Vilnius will bring Ukraine closer to NATO. However, according to him, Ukraine will not be officially invited to NATO at the summit in Vilnius.
