Ukrainian soldier Maksym Radush was killed while defending Ukraine.

"Radush Maksym, a wonderful man, a flag-bearer of Luhansk Euromaidan. He was one of the last to leave the occupied city, hiding our fifty-meter flag somewhere. He wanted us all to unfurl it again on the central square after the liberation. Maksym did everything he could to make it happen as soon as possible. But he himself will no longer be able to hold our flag in the middle of Ukrainian Luhansk. Unfortunately, many of us won't be able to either. Remember Maxim. Remember all those who paid the ultimate price for our freedom," the statement reads.
