"Let’s see who wins" - Polish Minister Sikorski on Lukashenko’s statements about war in Europe
Poland’s Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski has reacted harshly to the recent statement by self-proclaimed Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko about preparations for war.
This was reported by the Belarusian media outlet Zerkalo, Censor.NET reports.
"Radoslaw Sikorski arrived in the Belgian capital, where a meeting of NATO foreign ministers is taking place at NATO headquarters from 3 to 4 April. Before the event, a Zerkalo journalist managed to find out from the Polish politician what he thought of Lukashenko's statement near the Polish border," the newspaper writes.
Commenting on Lukashenko's statement, the head of the Polish Foreign Ministry said: "Let him try. Let's see who wins."
As a reminder, the foreign ministers of Germany, Poland and France said that European NATO member states should take greater responsibility for the defence of the continent.
