Ammunition, mines and power generators: Lithuania hands over new batch of aid to Ukraine

This week, Ukraine will receive another batch of aid from Lithuania.

This was reported by the Lithuanian broadcaster LRT with reference to the Lithuanian Ministry of Defense, Censor.NET reports.

It is noted that the new aid package will include ammunition, mortar shells, power generators, and other means necessary to prepare for winter.

This year, Lithuania has already supplied Ukraine with 155-mm artillery shells, M113 armored personnel carriers, drone defense systems, winter gear and warm clothing, ammunition for the Carl Gustaf anti-tank grenade launcher, RISE-1 remote detonation systems, generators, a forklift, folding beds, and more.

In total, since the beginning of the full-scale war, Lithuania has provided Ukraine with military assistance worth more than 705 million euros.

The Lithuanian Ministry of Defense adds that Vilnius's overall assistance to Ukraine is long-term and has already exceeded one billion euros.
