Shaheds’ attack on Kyiv: drone debris caused fire

On the night of 31 October, an air raid alert was announced twice in Kyiv. Air defence forces were operating, and explosions were heard.

According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the head of the KCMA Serhii Popko.

"As a result of the attack of the Russian Federation armed forces on Kyiv by strike drones, debris was preliminarily recorded in the Podil district of the city, and there is information about a fire," the statement said.

Later, it was reported that a grass flooring had caught fire in an open area over an area of approximately 50 square metres.

"There was no information on casualties or damage," Popko said.
