Consequences of attack on Zaporizhzhia: Occupiers struck with 6 GABs, number of injured reached 40 people, including 4 children

This afternoon, Russian troops attacked Zaporizhzhia with 6 GABs that hit civilian infrastructure. The attack resulted in deaths and many wounded, including children.
According to Censor.NET, the head of the Zaporizhzhia region Ivan Fedorov spoke about the consequences of the enemy attack on the air of the telethon "United News".
In particular, he emphasized that the enemy has been attacking the Zaporizhzhia region with GABs since last night. At night, it was the settlements near the front line - Orikhiv, Mala Tokmachka and partially Komyshuvakha community.
At 9 a.m., air raid alerts were sounded in the region and threats of enemy launches were reported, so the city was on edge from the very morning.
And from 2:17 p.m. to 2:26 p.m., the enemy launched 6 GABs at Zaporizhzhia, hitting only civilian infrastructure.
According to Fedorov, the first GAB hit a five-story building, where a large number of residents were wounded, and there are already some dead.
Three GABs hit the private sector directly. Fedorov noted that some of the houses in the area had just been repaired after previous enemy attacks.
Another GAB hit the regional oncology clinic, seriously wounding a doctor. A large number of wounded were also taken to the regional clinical hospital. The evacuation of patients and doctors from the oncology center has now been completed.
And the sixth GAB, as the head of the RMA noted, also hit the private sector.
He added that 33 people are currently known to be wounded, including 3 children, two of whom are in a particularly serious condition. Four people are also known to have died.
However, as Fedorov emphasized, the rescue operation has not yet been completed at all locations, so it is not yet possible to say the exact number of victims of the enemy attack in Zaporizhzhia.
"Unfortunately, there are unidentified persons, some people may still be under the rubble, so rescuers, police, volunteers continue the rescue operation. Some of the residents who are currently in the hospital are in extremely serious condition, so our doctors are fighting for their lives," he added.
Later, Fedorov said that the number of wounded had increased to 40, including four children.
"Boys aged 15, 5 and 1 and a four-month-old girl are under medical supervision. There are about 30 people in hospitals in moderate condition," the head of the RMA said.
Earlier, it was reported that the enemy launched a massive attack on Zaporizhzhia, with 5 strikes recorded. As of 5:31 p.m., 4 dead and 18 wounded were reported.
