TCR employee shot at man in Shchaslyve: Defense Ministry checks legality of his actions
The Ministry of Defense is studying the information about the use of weapons by an employee of the TCR in Shchaslyve, Kyiv region.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense, Censor.NET reports.
"To clarify the circumstances, the Main Inspectorate of the Ministry of Defense (MIMD) has launched an investigation into the legality of the actions of the TCR representative and the grounds for using weapons.
If the facts of abuse of authority or signs of a criminal offense are established, the materials will be sent to law enforcement agencies for further investigation and appropriate decisions," the statement said.
