Strikes on the territory of Ukraine
As noted, yesterday the enemy launched two missile attacks on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements using two missiles, as well as 54 air strikes, dropping 102 drones. In addition, it carried out more than 4,700 attacks, 119 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.
The aggressor carried out air strikes, in particular, in the areas of Izium, Novoplatonivka, Sloviansk, Yampolivka, Terny, Lyman, Torske, Siversk, Riznykivka, Dachne, Novodmitrivka, Toretsk, Nelipivka, Petrivka, Valentynivka, Kurakhove, Andriivka, Velyka Novosilka, Stepove, Temyrivka, Lobkove and Zelene Pole.
Strikes on the enemy
Over the past day, the aviation and missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces hit one area of concentration of personnel, weapons, and military equipment, in addition, a UAV ground station and a communication tower of the invaders were damaged.
It is also recalled that the total losses of the Russian invaders over the past day amounted to 1650 people. Ukrainian soldiers also neutralized eight tanks, 26 armored combat vehicles, 28 artillery systems, 28 operational and tactical UAVs, 69 vehicles, and six units of special equipment of the occupiers.
Situation in Kharkiv region
In the Kharkiv sector, the enemy stormed the positions of our troops nine times near Vysoka Yaruha and Vovchansk.
In the Kupyansk sector, 17 occupant' attacks took place over the last day. Defense forces repelled enemy assaults near Kolisnykivka, Kopanky, and Nadia.
The situation in the East
According to the General Staff, the enemy attacked 16 times in the Lyman sector. They tried to penetrate our defense near Novoyehorivka, Makiivka, Terny, and Torske.
Two firefights took place near Verkhnekamianske and Vyymka in the Siversk sector.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the occupants attacked once in the area of Bila Hora.
It is also noted that in the Toretsk sector, the enemy, with the support of aviation, carried out nine attacks near Toretsk, Diliyivka, and Shcherbynivka.
"In the Pokrovsk sector, our defenders stopped 38 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor towards the settlements of Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Petrivka, and Pustynka.
Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 35 attacks in the Kurakhove sector. The occupants tried to advance in the areas of Berestke, Novoselydivka, Voznesenka, Novodmitrivka, Maksymilianivka, Dale, and Antonivka," the statement said.
The situation in the South
According to the General Staff, in the Vremivsk sector, the enemy made seven assaults on our positions in the areas of Trudove, Rivne, and Novodarivka. He actively used attack and bomber aircraft to attack in the area.
In the Orikhiv sector, the occupiers attacked once in the direction of Novoandriivka but were unsuccessful.
In the Prydniprovskyi sector, the Russian invaders tried to force our units out of their positions five times. They were fiercely repulsed and suffered losses.
The situation in the North
No signs of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissia directions.
On the border with the Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy is actively using artillery and aviation in the vicinity of Ukrainian settlements from the territory of the Russian Federation.
"The operation in the Kursk region continues. Over the past day, Ukrainian defenders repelled 30 enemy attacks in the area. Enemy aviation continues to strike with guided aerial bombs at Ukrainian territory. At present, there are 15 air strikes with the use of 19 KABs," the General Staff emphasizes.
Our soldiers inflict significant losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces and actively undermine the enemy's offensive potential in the rear.
