Ukraine has only about 50 US ATACMS missiles
The Ukrainian Armed Forces still have only 50 ATACMS tactical missiles that can hit targets deep in Russia.
This was reported by Censor NET with reference to Interfax-Ukraine.
"Although the Pentagon has not provided any data, it is believed that the Kyiv government currently has about 50 missiles. Ukraine has enough HIMARS and MLRS missile launchers to launch them," The Times quoted Interfax-Ukraine as saying.
The Institute for the Study of War believes that ATACMS missiles with a range of 300 km can threaten about 245 Russian airfields, ammunition depots and other military facilities.
Meanwhile, Pentagon spokeswoman Sabrina Singh refused to confirm that US President Joe Biden had authorised Ukraine to use US missiles to strike deep into Russian territory.
As a reminder, on 17 November, current US President Joe Biden authorised the use of long-range ATACMS missiles in Russia. On 19 November, the US Senate confirmed the Biden administration's decision.
