Russian invaders probably shot Ukrainian prisoners of war who were surrounded in the Kursk region.
This was reported by the Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets, Censor.NET reports.
"Another war crime! Social networks have reported the alleged shooting of Ukrainian prisoners of war who were surrounded by Russia in the Kursk region," he said.
Lubinets sent letters to the UN and the Red Cross.
The international community must act immediately. The occupying country has once again violated the Geneva Convention relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War. Russia must be stopped. The enemy will be held accountable for every crime," the think tanker emphasized.
Earlier, it was reported that on November 10, the occupiers shot dead captured Ukrainian servicemen in the Pokrovsk direction.
