Zelenskyy negotiated with Putin through SSU head Bakanov, - "servant of people" Dubinskyi

MP Oleksandr Dubinskyi said that the criminal case against him was fabricated on the instructions of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to cover up his involvement in agreements with Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin before the 2018 and 2019 presidential elections and after the presidential elections.
According to Censor.NET, a video of Dubinskyi talking about this was published on the YouTube channel Dubina TV.
He claims that the communication took place through a presidential representative named Biliai, who is a business partner of former SSU chief Ivan Bakanov. In addition, Zelenskyy communicated with former Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu, Chief of the Russian General Staff Valery Gerasimov, and Chief of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Igor Kostyukov.
"The suspicion that I was charged with and the indictment states that I worked with the General Staff of the Russian Federation under the pseudonym 'Pinocchio'. I have enough evidence to prove that the pseudonym 'Pinocchio' was used by the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation to refer to President Zelenskyy Volodymyr Oleksandrovych," Dubinskyi said.
According to him, during the presidential campaign, Zelenskyy instructed the then head of the "Servant of the People" party, Ivan Bakanov, to establish contact with former Deputy National Security and Defence Council Chairman Volodymyr Sivkovych and to negotiate with Russia, while looking for lobbyists in the United States.
Dubinskyi says that he travelled to Russia in contact with representatives of the Russian Federation, in agreement with Zelenskyy and on instructions from Bakanov, where he met with Shoigu, Gerasimov and Kostyukov. They allegedly agreed on the special status of the so-called "LPR/DPR" and the introduction of this status into Ukrainian legislation.
"In agreement with the relevant persons of the Russian Federation, Denys Maliuska was appointed Minister of Justice to implement this plan," Dubinskyi said.
Referring to the criminal case against the former head of the SSU Main Directorate in Crimea, Oleh Kulinich, the MP claims that the following pseudonyms were used during these negotiations: "Shaman" - Shoigu, "Kostik" - Kostyukov and "Pinocchio", which was used by the Russian special services to refer to Zelenskyy.
In November, the SSU served Dubinskyi with a notice of suspicion of high treason. According to the investigation, he was a member of a criminal organisation created by Russian intelligence in 2016, which later also included two members of the Ukrainian parliament, an employee of the Prosecutor General's Office and others.
In particular, Dubinskyi had the call sign "Pinocchio", he carried out information and subversive activities in favour of Russia and spread fakes about the top military and political leadership of Ukraine. He participated in public events to spread pro-Russian narratives.
In addition to him, the hostile group included former MP Andrii Derkach and former prosecutor Kostiantyn Kulyk, who are now fugitives from justice abroad.
The following day, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv imposed on Dubinskyi a pre-trial restraint in the form of detention without bail.
In turn, Dubinskyi rejects the new accusations by the SBI and the prosecutor's office and reminds that, according to his statement, the NABU is conducting two investigations against the SBI leadership of Sukhachov and Udovychenko in collusion with the Deputy Presidential Office of Tatarov.
