Trump’s team is studying "Victory Plan", there will be no surrender - Zelenskyy
Donald Trump's team is studying Ukraine's victory plan, stressing that there will be no capitulation on the part of Ukraine.
This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in an interview with Kyodo News, Censor.NET reports.
He noted that the war in Ukraine has reached a critical point, and the question arises whether Washington will continue to support Kyiv after Trump's inauguration.
"They're studying the plan and we are going to hear from them. But there will be no capitulation from the side of Ukraine. That's a fact and I think that he understands it," Zelenskyy said.
The president added that he expects to have additional talks with the newly elected US president to explain some aspects in more detail.
Earlier, Zelenskyy said that the war in Ukraine could end next year if the victory plan is implemented. Speaking to the Verkhovna Rada on 16 October, he said that everything depends on the support of international partners.
