Boholiubov's escape

As a reminder, on July 9, the State Bureau of Investigation served a notice of suspicion to former Privatbank co-owner and businessman Hennadii Boholiubov, who illegally left Ukraine.

According to the investigation, the oligarch, accompanied by his relative, left the country on June 24, 2024, by the Kyiv-Helm train, although according to Ukrainian databases, he did not cross the border. Law enforcement officers found that Boholiubov left the country using an invalid passport of a citizen of Ukraine who is physically present in Ukraine and has not left the country. According to the investigation, he was helped to cross the border by the head of one of the groups of border service inspectors.

At the time, Boholiubov's press service confirmed that the businessman had left Ukraine, but assured that he had done so legally.

In September, the State Bureau of Investigation put the former co-owner of Privatbank on the wanted list.
