We believe in European future of Georgian people - Zelenskyy meets Zurabishvili in Paris

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine remains on the side of the Georgian people and the democratic choice they are defending.
According to Censor.NET, citing Ukrinform, he said this at a meeting with Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili in Paris.
"We stand with the Georgian people and believe in your European future - membership in the EU and NATO. We are closely monitoring everything that is happening. The independent Georgian people show that they want to move away from Russia," Zelenskyy said, adding that the partnership would make both countries stronger in the future.
Salome Zurabishvili, in turn, thanked the head of the Ukrainian state for his support and said that such a position of Ukraine inspires Georgians to continue their resistance.
Earlier, Censor.NET reported that Macron would receive Zelenskyy at the Elysee Palace on December 7. According to Reuters, Zelenskyy and Trump may hold talks during their visit to Paris.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who arrived in Paris on Saturday, will hold a series of bilateral meetings throughout the day. In particular, he has already spoken with Federal Chancellor of the Republic of Austria Karl Negammer.
