"Zelenskyy and Ukraine would like to make deal and stop madness. They have lost 400,000 soldiers and many more civilians" - Trump.

Donald Trump, who will take office as US president in early January 2025, called on Ukraine and Russia to immediately cease fire and start negotiations.
Trump wrote about this on his social network Truth Social, Censor.NET reports.
He recalled that Bashar al-Assad had fled his country.
"His patron, Russia, Russia, Russia, led by Vladimir Putin, was no longer interested in protecting him. There was no reason for Russia to be there at all. They had lost all interest in Syria because of Ukraine, where some 600,000 Russian soldiers lie wounded or dead in a war that should never have started and could go on forever," Trump wrote.
He also noted that Russia and Iran are now in a weakened state, one because of Ukraine and the poor economy, the other because of Israel and its military success.
"Likewise, Zelenskyy and Ukraine would like to make a deal and stop the madness. They have senselessly lost 400,000 soldiers and many more civilians. There should be an immediate ceasefire and negotiations should begin. Too many lives have been needlessly lost, too many families have been destroyed, and if this continues, it could turn into something much bigger and much worse. I know Vladimir well. This is his time to act. China can help. The world is waiting!" he added.
Trump has previously stated that Russia has lost 600,000 soldiers in the war against Ukraine and is unable to help Assad.
