Russian occupiers have not paid salaries to Berdiansk port workers for three months - NRC

Occupiers have not paid salaries in Berdiansk port for three months

Employees of the Berdiansk port have not been paid for three months in the TOT of Zaporizhzhia region. This was reported by the Center of National Resistance.

This was reported by the National Resistance Center, Censor.NET informs.

According to the information, Russian propaganda spreads statements about the "improvement" of living conditions in the occupied territories, but the real situation is far from it. The humanitarian crisis in the region is worsening, deepening the dependence of the local population on the occupation authorities.

In fact, the ports in Berdiansk and neighboring Mariupol are not operating as usual. Sometimes looted grain is exported through them, but the total cargo turnover for the year is only a few hundred thousand tons, which is negligible compared to the multimillion-dollar figures for 2022.

The Center notes that these data indicate a deepening economic crisis in the TOT and emphasize the destructive policy of the occupation authorities, which, while destroying infrastructure and resources, exports only propaganda.
