Information about encirclement of Defense Forces units in Makarivka is not true - OSGT "Khortytsia"
The information about the encirclement of the Ukrainian Defense Forces in Makarivka in the Vremivka direction, which is being spread by the media, is not true.
This is emphasized by the press center of the OSGT Khortytsia, Censor.NET reports.
"Unverified data and, as a result, false conclusions about the existence of such a situation are the result of an analysis by individual observers and independent experts of sources whose data do not correspond to the dynamics of hostilities. We would like to remind the media and representatives of the expert community that disseminating information from unverified sources can not only mislead your audience, but also endanger the lives of Ukrainian soldiers and complicate their combat (special) tasks to repel the enemy's armed aggression," OSGT Khortytsia said.
It is also reported that the units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to destroy the enemy's superior forces in order to slow down and stop its offensive.
Earlier, the Southern Defense Forces noted that the situation in the Vremivka direction is difficult, but our soldiers are actively defending, so it is too early to talk about any encirclement.
Earlier, DeepState reported that Russian troops continue to pick off the Vremivska ledge in Donetsk region, which threatens to encircle Ukrainian defenders in the area of Velyka Novosilka.
