Truce is road to nowhere, Russia needs final agreements - Lavrov. VIDEO

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that a truce in Ukraine is a "road to nowhere".

According to Censor.NET, he said this in an interview with the media.

"A truce is a road to nowhere. We need final legal agreements that will set out all the conditions for ensuring the security of the Russian Federation, and, of course, the legitimate security interests of our neighbours. But in a context that will ensure the impossibility of violating these agreements in an international legal way," the minister of the occupying country said.

Earlier, the Kremlin rejected the possibility of "freezing" the war against Ukraine along the frontline.

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said that Russia is allegedly ready to negotiate with Ukraine, but only on the basis of the "Istanbul agreements" and "the realities of today".
